The Induction Magnetometer in Alaska monitors HAARP activity at about 2 Hz. You can tell that this is a man-made electromagnetic source because of the harmonics above 2 Hz. I am not sure what the people running HAARP are up too, but from the magnetometer, it appears that HAARP just got turned up to FULL POWER.
