Obama Whithouse acknowledges Russian stockpiling of 500 metric tons of HEU which is enough for 20,000 nuclear warheads. The US made a deal with Russia that we would pay for and build them a nuclear warhead recycling facility if they recycled old Soviet HEU warheads into fuel-grade LEU. In exchange the US de-NIRV’ed our minutemen 3 missiles, took our ICBM’s off launch-on-warning, stopped 1/2 our SSBN patrols and all bomber patrols.
Continuation of a declaration of emergemcy acknowledges violation of multiple nuclear treaties in 1994, 1998, 2000, 2012. Obama blocks judicial system from investigating or interfering with the program. Also, this program supplies Russia with Uranium Hexafluoride which they are using to recycle old warheads into new warheads.. This is in addition to the Uranium One and Skolkovo Deals.
