Veritasium looks into vitamania, and claims its CO2 and global warming that’s causing decreased food nutrition.  

However, the real problem is not CO2 but Sulfur.  Remember ACID RAIN in the 1980’s?  It’s SULFUR depletion that accounts for protein depletion in food and shift to corn/soy diet.
