Lipids and Heart Heath

I consider fasting monthly is a very healthy exercize. I have noticed that I also have very oily skin at times. The key to lowering triglycerides is reducing sucrose and fructose. Fresh fruit is okay because the vitamins and fiber is worth it, whole grain starchy carbs is okay as starch is made from glucose and hopefully you get some more fiber. Otherwise I think eating 3 meals with 3 healthy snacks in-between to be key. Skipping meals and starving your body and then eating one large meal at the end of the day can be harmful long term. I will try to explain.

The decrease in oily skin you experience is not so much a function of not eating anything, but not eating refined sugars (sucrose, high fructose syrup). The liver turns fructose directly into triglycerides. Therefore, eating fructose is like eating fat. Fructose also inhibits insulin and leptin (full signal). Consequently, we see the correlation and association with high fructose diet and metabolic syndrome in the US (obesity, diabetes, coronary artery disease (CAD)).

As far as HDL and LDL goes, we know that rabbits with bad LDL receptors and high blood LDL levels (familial hypercholesterolemia) get CAD. However, the bad actor is not the LDL itself, but oxidized LDL. The reason LDL gets oxidized is because people with bad LDL receptors take a long time to transport the LDL into their cells. And, the longer the LDL is hanging out in the blood stream, the more likely chance it has to get oxidized. ox-LDL then doesn't get transported out of the blood stream well, and is responsible for the endothelial plaque formation on artery walls.

But our family problem is not LDL, but VLDL. Our family doesn't have the LDL hypercholesterolemia, but the high VLDL (triglycerides) and low HDL. Traditional Medicines goal is to reduce LDL and triglyceride (TG) levels and raise HDL. However, I have seen data that shows that low LDL is associated with Alzheimer's. So, I think that the goal should be to prevent LDL oxidation.

Traditional Medicine:
Statins: block HMGcoA Reductase blocks Cholesterol synthesis by the liver.
Niacin: blocks VLDL production, slows HDL removal from blood stream
Fish Oil: can raise LDL, HDL, and lower Triglycerides (TGs)
Vytorin: decrease cholesterol absorption
Bile Acid Binders: binds cholesterol and choline, choline is needed for VLDL export from liver.
Psillium Fiber: slows absorption of TGs from gut.
Vitamin E: antioxidant of LDL, decreases HDL size
Co-Enzyme Q10: antioxidant of LDL

My view (The Bad):
Statins: It doesn't make sense to inhibit Cholesterol. Cholesterol is needed to make Cortisol, Vitamin D, and Testosterone, so inhibiting it makes a man sick, senile, stressed, and sterile (4 S's).
Vytorin: same as above, the liver makes 40 times the cholesterol then you get from your diet.Cholesterol is good not bad.
Bile Acid Binders: It doesn't make sense to bind up Bile acids because you then lose cholesterol and choline. Low Cholesterol = 4 S's and Low Choline = fatty liver, and Gallstones. The liver will still make VLDL, but it needs Choline to transport VLDL out of the liver.
Flouride: It is my suspicion that Fluoride is as bad for the body as Mercury, Lead and Arsenic. Sure it may help teeth, but at what cost. It is my suspicion that the very reactive Fluoride causes chronic damage and calcifications in the brain and blood vessels. I am thinking about switching to peroxide and baking soda to brush my teeth or a non-fluoride toothpaste.

My View (The Good):
Diet: Eating small frequent meals makes sense to prevent high Triglyceride levels and overwhelm deficient VLDL receptors.
Exercise: Always a good thing. "Move it or lose it."
Decreased Processed Sugar: Cutting down on refined fructose and sucrose will naturally lower Triglyceride levels because the liver converts fructose to triglyceride
Psillium Fiber: Increasing fiber in the diet will slow the absorption of TGs..Fiber binds up TGs in the gut.
Lard and Butter(Saturated Fat): I think we should go back to using natural products and avoid artificial Crisco and Margarines. Saturated Fat actually directly raises HDL. HDL is high density because saturated Fats can pack together tightly.

My View (Uncertain but doubtful):
Fish Oil: don't know, but i have tried it and it didn't raise my HDL. Fish oil has lots of polyunsaturated fats which don't pack well and therefore are carried by LDL. Thus we see that people who take Fish Oil have higher LDL. The reason why HDL may go up is only due to the fact that Fish Oil tabs are 25% Saturated Fat.
Niacin: don't know, but i have tried it and it didn't raise my HDL.Niacin is believed to deceases TG and VLDL formation in the Liver and decreased mobilization of TGs from fat cells. While the result of supplementation may be a better looking lipid profile, I think its better to decrease processed Fructose/Sucrose consumption then interfere with the livers job of getting rid of it.

My View (Uncertain but promising):
Vitamin E: Needs vitamin C. makes sense to prevent oxidation of LDL but studies show mixed results that it also decreases HDL size which is bad. But these studies may have included people who were eating low saturated fat diets. Low saturated Fat = decreased HDL = decreased Vit E carrying capacity = no effect.
Co Enzyme Q10: Prevents LDL oxidation. This shows promise as Ubiquinone is a very important lipid soluble antioxidant in the body.

V for Victory Campaign

Alex Jones has just announced his "V for Victory Campaign". This Campaign is inspired according to Jones by the French Resistance movement in France during WW2. Wow, I can't say that I am surprised by this. I just watched "V for Vendetta." It seems Hollywood has been churning out dystopian movie after movie depicting violent resistance against oppression. However, I believe that God wants His people to stand up and peacefully defend the constitution. You cannot defend the Constitution by abandoning the Constitution.

I had a hunch that the globalists were going to run their own resistance movement. I just didn't think Alex Jones would be so obvious about it by using the V symbol in the campaign. So, it turns out the maybe Jesse Ventura and Alex Jones are playing to be the next Charles de Gaulle.

The purpose of running both sides of a conflict is that you can target and get rid of key people on either side. The thing we shouldn't forget about WW2 is that the globalists goal in WW2 was not a Nazi or Communist take over. What WW2 accomplished was the rise of the Soviet Union in opposition to the US, putting more nations under central banking control, and getting the US and Europe to believe they won the war.

The problem with the "V for Victory" campaign is that even though Alex Jones says he is for peaceful resistance to tyranny, there are many pot smoking listers of Alex Jones who have spent their lives playing FPS video games, and watching dystopian movies which glorify violence and will naturally act out violently. The more this happens, the more the government will crack down on our Constitutional rights.

that said, I do really like Joel Skousen's interview by Alex Jones. Joel Skousen is the nephew of W. Cleon Skousen who was the author of "5000 Year Leap" and "Naked Capitalist". But I am curious why Joel Skousen would be such a regular guest on the Alex Jones Show? Regardless, I really like how Joel Skousen describes the power structure of the Great Globalist Conspiracy. He argues against the point that there can't possibly be one global conspiracy against freedom of all nations because it would be impossible to keep it a secret by pointing out that not everyone who is a part of the conspiracy knows everything about the conspiracy.

Nickel-Hydrogen Fusion?

Researchers in Italy claim to have unlocked the secret of cold fusion. By simply heating up Nickel nano-powder and injecting it with high pressure hydrogen, they claim to be generating 20 times the heat energy then the power they are putting in. According to the researchers, the reaction of hydrogen with nickel transmutates the nickel into Copper giving off heat and a beta particle. The researchers claim to be measuring the excess beta particles which requires some lead shielding, and an impressive amount of excess heat that serves to boil a whole lot of water.

After reading this claim, I could help think about Dr. Steven E. Jones' fusion paper where he was detecting evidence of fusion coming from the Earth core. I wonder if this hydrogen-nickel fusion reaction is the secret behind what is generating heat in the Earth core and in other planets with nickel cores like Saturn.

I kinda like the conclusions of this article above that DARK MATTER is really molecular hydrogen and RED SHIFT is not the result of galaxies speeding away from us, but instead the reaction of photons passing through interstellar matter (molecular hydrogen).

I grew up knowing several accomplished scientists who were always skeptical of our current models and understanding of gravity, the sun and the universe. Maybe planets are big electrostatic molecular hydrogen vacuums that then fuse that hydrogen with heavy elements to create even more heavy elements.

High Fructose Corn Syrup Poison

Here is the truth about Sucrose and High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS). The Defense of the Corn Producers in favor of HFCS says that 1. It from corn 2. It is as safe as sugar 3. It okay like anything in moderation.

1. Just because it is from corn is not a defense. It is processed, and is not necessarily in the form that God intended.
2. Sucrose or regular table sugar is half fructose. So the truth is that sucrose is no better than HFCS. They are both bad.
3. Moderation? HFCS is in everything. Is heroin, cocaine or marijuana okay in moderation? The truth is in the science.

What is the science and biochemistry against HFCS and Sucrose (Table Sugar)?

1. Fructose is not used by any organs in the body. Instead it must go to the liver to be detoxified just like alcohol. Unlike ethanol, it doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier so it doesn't cause intoxication.
2. Fructose is converted by the liver into triglycerides (fat) which is leading to obesity, and fatty liver just like alcoholics. This disease from fructose is called Non-Alcoholic Steato-hepatitis (NASH).
3. Fructose inhibits insulin and leptin and the signals that give you a natural "full" feeling resulting insulin resistance, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, and heart disease.

What if instead of HFCS and Sucrose, we sweetened food with glucose. Glucose or Dextrose is the fuel that every cell in the body including the brain can use for energy without any toxic side-effects.

Consequence Management Response Force (CCMRF)

NORTHCOM just stationed the 3rd Airborn Division 3rd Brigade from Fort Stewart, GA here in the US (Caesar has just crossed the Rubicon). This unit is now designated Consequence Management Reaction Force (CCMRF or "C-Smurf"). The justification for assigning US Military to deploy within the US is due to the increasing threat of WMD: Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear and High-Yield Explosives (CBRNE). Traditionally, during natural disasters, State Governors would call up State National Guard to assist local and state Law Enforcement to assist in peacekeeping and disaster relief efforts.

But while CCMRF uses CBRNE as justification for their existence, CCMRF has been training to work with local law enforcement to respond to typical national disasters like hurricanes, floods, fires, earthquakes, and tornadoes in addition to or instead of the National Guard.

The justification for the consolidation of emergency management powers was due to the supposed expertise required to deal with WMD threats. However, by giving up the management of CRBRE to the US Military, CCMRF comes with some other problematic consequences. CCMRF bring their tanks, guns, kick-in-your door experience in Iraq, and Zero loyalty to the people. CCMRF has been trained to follow orders, regardless of whether it is gun confiscation, forced immunizations, and forced relocation. (The NRA has already sued the Federal Government over door-to-door gun confiscation during Katrina and the Greenburg, KS tornado).

While US Military occupation, law enforcement, and peacekeeping on US soil is in violation of the Pose Comitatus Act, I have heard many people in Georgia comment that if US military came for their guns, they would resist. And that is the problem right there. Is it just me or does anyone else see a potential problem here? US citizens are armed like never before, and US military are being trained and conditioned to kick down everyones door.

Utah Earthquake, Martial Law, VeriChip, Mark of the Beast

I am going to assume that after 2010, most readers will be familiar with the following conspiracy theory topics (New World Order, HAARP, Illuminati, VeriChip, FEMA Camps, Agenda 21, etc). If you are not, then you failed to learn what the Latter-day Gadianton Robbers wanted us to learn during their Great Year of Disclosure.

It seems clear to me that The Great Global Conspiracy has been spreading the false rumor for decades that the "Mark of the Beast" is some sort of tag, barcode, tattoo, or implanted microchip. I think I must have first heard this when I was in elementary school as some sort of urban legend. Tracking this rumor back, one early source of this rumor is John Todd. Mr. Todd claimed he was raised as a Satanist, and then worked for the Illuminati as a music executive. Later in life, John Todd supposedly became a born-again Christian and went on speaking tours throughout the US spreading the story that The Mark of the Beast = a microchip, barcode or tattoo and that whoever receives this mark is doomed to hell.

While, I am no fan of implantable microchips, I was wondering how many LDS believe this Mark of the Beast = VeriChip rumor? Most adults carry cell phones at all times. Thinking about it, cell phones got to be better than any microchip. Most smart phones today in addition to a microphone, and camera have GPS. If the Mark of the were the VeriChip, why would a person be any more eligible for hell for getting coerced by the government to get chipped any more then our voluntary reception of the SIM card? What all the US military who currently carry a "chipped" identification card; have they taken "the mark"?

It seems to me that this VeriChip rumor could be very divisive. 1. We know that Utah (Wasatch Fault) is way overdue for an 8-9 Earthquake with or without HAARP (Utah has been feverishly retrofitting for last 30 years). 2. A magnitude 8-9 earthquake along the Wasatch Front would result in considerable devastation. 3. When that Earthquake occurs FEMA will likely impose Martial Law like it did for the Billings, Montana tornado. 4. FEMA could confiscate guns like they did in Katrina. 5. FEMA could force vaccinate and VeriChip victims. 6. FEMA may use their system of FEMA residential facilities to house Earthquake refugees. 7. Alex Jones (leading conspiracy theorist radio talk show host) has been demonizing Christian Church Leadership for working with FEMA on disaster preparedness.

So, my other questions are these: When the Big Utah Quake happens, and FEMA imposes martial law, confiscates guns, and wants to force vaccinate, and chip all the people in Utah; what do you think the LDS Church policy will be? Do you think LDS Leadership will support FEMA efforts? What do you think will be the reaction of the LDS people? Do you think the people will contentiously object or get militant? What do you think the reaction of the people vs. the LDS Church will be? How many here would militantly resist gun confiscation and forced vaccination?

What does the NWO (Satan) really want? Do they really want everyone chipped, or do they just want chaos, divisiveness, anarchy, discord, and war?
