Lasers Replace HAARP For Weather Modification

In the past, reasearchers used massive HF radio antenna arrays (HARRP) to focus on and heat the ionosphere.  These perturbations of the ionosphere cause the ionosphere to dump highly energized ions into the troposphere which can manipulate weather. This ionospheric-tropospheric coupling can trigger thunderstorms, steer and intensify hurricanes. The sign of this coupling above a storm is a strange high altitude red and blue lightning which is called:  "sprite", "elve", and "blue jet" lightening. 

Michio Kaku on CBC confessed the CIA was using weather modification (HAARP) during the Vietnam War and now is using trillion-watt lasers today to achieve the same results.  The key breakthrough in laser technology is femtosecond lasers (chirped pulse amplification) and promoting laser filamentation (preventing refraction and diffraction) which allows space-based lasers to reach the ground and ground-based lasers to reach space.

Do you notice the how the CBS anchorwoman corrects Michio Kaku on several points about these lasers only being "experimental" except when used by Russia and China.  Also how weather modification during the Vietnam War was only "alleged"?  Is this journalism?  Why correct the expert?

Irwan, Alvi Awan, another brother and two of their wives who managed information technology for some 80 Democratic lawmakers, including former Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., were relieved of their duties and barred from House computer network.  

Now-indicted former congressional IT aide Imran Awan allegedly secretly routed data from numerous House Democrats to a central server. Police grew suspicious and requested a copy of the server early this year, but they were provided with an elaborate falsified image designed to hide the massive violations. The secret server was connected to the House Democratic Caucus, an organization chaired by then-Rep. Xavier Becerra who vacated his seat and is now Attorney General of California. 

On Jan. 24, 2017, Becerra vacated his congressional seat to become California’s attorney general. “He wanted to wipe his server, and we brought to his attention it was under investigation. The light-off was we asked for an image of the server, and they deliberately turned over a fake server,” the senior official said.

In the spring of 2016, House administrators became aware that the Awans were allegedly falsifying purchase orders (double charging for hardware purchases).  The Awans purportedly took hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of computer equipment and potentially hacked into the lawmakers’ email accounts, saving emails on a central server and uploading them to an insecure dropbox account.  Investigators followed the trail and found that the misconduct extended to a major cybersecurity breach. 

After learning of the House probe, Awan and his wife, Hina Alvi, bought round-trip airline tickets,   frantically transferred hundreds of thousands of dollars to accounts in Pakistan, listed one house for sale and accepted a buyer on a second. Federal agents arrested the Irwan Awan at Dulles Airport in Virginia as he tried to flee the U.S. Tuesday and fly to the Mideast.

Awan's laptop was discovered in a crevice of a congressional office building. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz has been defending the Awans, denying and wrongdoing and stonewalling investigators access to study the laptop until only recently.  Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., continually backed Awan, obstructed investigators, and defends her decision to keep IT staffer Imran Awan on government payroll after she discovered he was under investigation for bank fraud.  Schultz claims she defended Awan because sge was never presented with any credible evidence of their wrongdoing and believed allegations were racially motivated.

On 6th June 2015, a 41-year old American national Francis Norvello, an employee of Purple Shovel, was killed in a blast when a rocket-propelled grenade malfunctioned at a military range near the village of Anevo in Bulgaria. Two other Americans and two Bulgarians were also injured. The US Embassy to Bulgaria then released a statement announcing that the U.S. government contractors were working on a U.S. military program to train and equip moderate rebels in Syria. Which resulted in the U.S. Ambassador in Sofia to be immediately withdrawn from her post. The very same weapons as those supplied by Purple Shovel were not used by moderate rebels in Syria. In December of last year while reporting on the battle of Aleppo as a correspondent for Bulgarian media I found and filmed 9 underground warehouses full of heavy weapons with Bulgaria as their country of origin. They were used by Al Nusra Front (Al Qaeda affiliate in Syria designated as a terrorist organization by the UN).

So, the question is, why the media blackout? Why is the US (Super-Entity) secretly sending arms into Syria and Africa via secret Azerbaijan flights from bulgaria wgich are falling into the hands of ISIS and other groups responsible for the current refugee crisis?

Cybernetics and AI

Elon Musk is talking about the dangers of AI because his solution (the globalist solution) is to control AI by integrating it with the human mind via cybernetic implants. Our acceptance of Cybernetics/Transhumanism is what TPTB really want. Musk is just playing his part to propagandize this solution by getting us to fear AI. Musk started a company called Neuralink to better research cybernetics.

I do think AI needs to be controlled by "social referencing", but not by cybernetics because instead of controlling these implants, we will one day find our implants controlling us. Cybernetics will have backdoors and will likely be programmed to send us subliminal impulses.

TPTB also want us accustomed to using and trusting digital currency and credit card points because we will more readily accept being chipped and our currency being loaded on our chips.  We will get "credits" for brushing our teeth, and spend "credits" for each time our fork is lifted via the "internet-of-things" and a future hoard of internet-connected devices.

An implanted chip is not the "mark of the beast". We are all already chipped with our credit cards and cell phone sim cards.  The "mark" is the initiations people receive to become part of the global conspiracy (super entity). It is satan's endowment and is a counterfeit of the Lord's temple. Most people accept satan's mark thinking "this is what I got to do to make it" and "I dont believe in satan anyways". 

TPTB float the story that the mark is a chip or barcode tatoo, over-interpreting it so that the chip gets accepted. Because proponents can make fun of opponents by saying "these crazy people think a chip under your skin is some crazy mark of satan". Receiving the "mark" is instant damnation. I dont think virtual currencies are a good idea. They are unconstitutional and support the system of control TPTB are setting up. But your not gonna go to hell if you are chipped. 

A chip with medical info and id isnt necessarily a bad idea. But the virtual currency system meant to control behavior is.
