Cannabis legalization has led to the comercialization of unnatural products with elevated THC content near 20% and even higher. Natural cannabis THC content is below 1%. Cannabis abuse in Colorado is leading to increased crime, arrests, school suspensions among the poor and minority groups. Potent THC-containing products are exacerbating mental illness, depression and not helping it.
