Federal Abuse of Power

I work with medical colleagues who come from all over the world.  We were discussing Obama's town hall meeting and executive order for gun regulation and registration.  My friend from Pakistan talked about witnessing a man pull a gun on another man over a dispute over a 2$ lunch. Violent experiences like this were part of the reason for him coming to America with his family.

We both agreed that gun's should be regulated in sensible ways. But I told him that according to the US Constitution, the responsibility for such regulation was the duty of the State and not the Federal Government.  The Federal Government cannot be trusted with any powers above that which the Constitution enumerates. Over the last 100 years we have seen a slow and steady increase in Federal power as well as abuse.

The abuse of federal power is what Ammon Bundy is upset about. Federal bureaucracy is bankrupting western ranchers.  While I do not support Ammon Bundy's armed occupation of the Oregon Refuge, I do sympathize with some of the rancher's complaints against the Federal Government.

The Obama administration has been found to be abusing the power of government agencies to persecute his enemies.  Here are some examples:

1. IRS selectively audit citizens who donated to rival presidential candidates.

http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-room/weekly-updates/obama-irs-audit-abuse/

2. BLM bureaucracy bankrupting western ranchers.

3. Auditors selectively auditing and penalizing private democratic medical groups driving physicians to be hospital employees or employed by contract management groups.

4. Unequal Medicare reimbursement of contract management groups vs. private democratic groups.

5. DOE preferentially targeting and closing down coal-fired power plants.

6. Using behavioral data and tactics to manipulate citizen behavior.

7. Deal federal land mining rights to special interests or prevent mining at all causing us to be dependent of foreign imports.

In addition to being involved in actuvities the dederal government was never meant to be involved in, the federal govermemt us failing to do the jobs it is expressly commissioned to do.

1. Not protecting boarders.
2. Not coining 100% money.
3. Not regulating value of money and preventing inflation.
4. Not protecting us from Russia/Chinese nuclear threat.
5. Not protecting domestic manufacturing by not collecting tariffs.

Trump is an Insider

I think TPTB wish to elect Trump and will get him elected just like they got Schwarzenegger elected in California and Jessie "the Body" Ventura elected in Minnesota. Yes; I believe Jessie Ventura, Charlie Sheen, Alex Jones, and Ron/Rand Paul are playing for the same team. (guilt by association) They are all controlled opposition assigned to debate our side for us.  Libertarian movement is Gadianton controlled 3rd-party.

Libertarians like Neal Boortz and Herman Cain (Atlanta) are essentially conservative without the morals (pro-drug legalization) . The Libertarian Party also supports free trade which has destroyed our country economically. You never could explain how Ron Paul got his record-setting "pork" in bills but always voted "NO" on them.  Yes, There was an obvious conspiracy against Ron Paul in 2012.  Obvious conspiracy was perfect for the conspiracy crowd.   The conspiracy against Romney was much more subtle.

I think you have a blind spot on Libertarianism.  I have had several temporal witnesses that it is controlled from the dark side. 1. I worked with the son of a national organizer (T*** "P****" d******) 2. Local black pastor tried to participate on the national level and reported on local radio talk that they vehemently resisted his invitation for Christian prayer. He called one day frustrated and disheartened to warn that the Tea Party was not what it seemed.

I agree abusing yourself with recreational drugs should be legal. But, distributing recreational drugs should be illegal because there is a victim, and there is harm.  The addicted user does not have capacity.  (capacity is medically determined).  I sign 2013 forms in Georgia every day allowing me to take legal authority over addicted patients who are incapacitated by drug and alcohol addiction and hold them up to 72-hours against their will until they can be evaluated by psychiatrist or until sober.

Gay couples can live together in civil union if the choose. Both are consenting and have capacity to make bad choices. Gay Marriage is wrong because it harms the potential child.  Children have the right to be raised by a mom and a dad, but also on a more fundamental level, to receive a genetic inheritance from both a male amd female. (the technology to do otherwise is being rolled out).

The intent of recreational use is tied to the formulation of the recreational drug. If cannabis has medical uses it need not come in a smokable form. Alcohol has clear medicinal uses also, but medicinal alcohol is not packaged in a "beverage", recreational formulation.

This is why I suspect Trump is an insider.  Although the media seems continuously outraged at all the continously outrageous things he says.  The media continually make excuses for them and tell us "people like him because he speaks his mind" etc etc.  Rush Limbaugh sends a lot of time explaining to the Republican base why Trump is leading with fringe Republicans.  The numerous other GOP candidates keep the Republican base divided.

Romney was similar but opposite.  The conservative media seemed to be for him but kept up the veiled attacks like "he just doesn't have enough to put himself over the top", "he just doesn't connect with voters" "Romney would be no better than Bush" etc etc. Then when Obama won, they  immediately told us that women and minorities outnumbered the traditional Christian conservative voters. I agree, Romney is not an insider but asleep to reality, allowing himself to be outmaneuvered by TPTB.

Cruz, was a plant to take attention away from Mike Lee with his phony, ineffectual filibusters. Mike Lee is a real outsider who sleeps in his DC office. (good fruit)

If Trump gets Elected. Russia and China will see a window of opportunity with Obama too good to pass up.  Putin is not playing chess but poker.  And, even though he may not be holding a Royal Flush or Full House (i.e. be completely ready to take on the West), he will go "all in" when he is made to think that he has the better hand.

UK Telegraph Reports

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/earth/environment/globalwarming/11395516/The-fiddling-with-temperature-data-is-the-biggest-science-scandal-ever.html

There have been numerous reports ofscientists and government agencies falsifying climate amd tempurature data to support global warming. The problem with this fraud, is its not a matter of research dollars but a matter of treason.   The UN is interested in global climate chamge and sustainable development and carbon taxes because they see climate as an issue the "globalists" can regulate and control and ursurp authority and socereignty away from individual nations.

There is a war in the Westphalian system which Brent Skowcroft has already declared to a Senate subcommittee chaired by Senator McCain.

Matrix on Hope

I was watching a TV version of "the Matrix" and I was surprised about the movie's message about the connection between prophecy, hope, free will, and choice.  In the movie, super intelligent robots take over and enslave the humans (can't happen).  Anyways, slavery works best when the slave believes they are free. So the machines hook up all the humans to a virtual reality system referred to as the Matrix.  The humans, in reality, are captive in a life-support cocoon, but their minds are engaged in a virtual reality simulation. The machines were using the human mind for its computational power. The movie has to do with a few human's realizing they are living in a virtual simulation, unplugging themselves, and then the ensuing struggle to stay alive, deal with real life, and ultimately defeat the machines.

Neo, the story's protagonist, learns that the current version of the Matrix is not the first but actually 6.0. The first version was created too perfect and happy which caused the humans not to believe it.  So, in the subsequent versions, the Matrix was made less ideal by allowing people free will and the power to choose.

So, the interesting thing about the power to choose was that this power to choose was tied to hope. And to give the human's hope, the Matrix had to create a new program called the Oracle. The Oracle was a grandma type figure who liked to give out candy and chocolate chip cookies.  But she also provided optimistic prophecies about the future that the humans could have hope in and then live accordingly.

I do not recommend seeing the movie because even with editing there is violence, language and modesty issues.   You can get the same pure teachings in the Book of Mormon. But, I was fascinated that a Hollywood movie would deal with such substatative themes of how free will, choice, hope, and prophecy are connected.

I should mention that Neo is not "the one" in the Oracle's prophecy that must unite with the Source.  Smith is "the One".  That kinda means the Oracle lied. So, we shouldn't look to the movie for any further inspiration.

US Intelligence on ISIS

Thoughts on ISIS/ISIL:

1. What is the significance of the underwear bomber sitting in front of an ISIS flag?

2. What about this declassified report from judicial watch discussing the rise of ISIS in 2012?

3. What about the 50 CENTCOM whistleblower reports that senior intelligence agents were downplaying ISIS and altering reports?

4. In the "so-called" apache helicopter video escorting the ISIS parade.  Is that an apache helicopter or a Russian M-24 Hind?  How do we know this is ISIS in these "technicals"?

5. Lastly.  It is my opinion that the establishment do want Trump elected, and that the media only have to act like thy don't want him but then at the same time they continually excuse his behavior and give "veiled support".  This is the opposite of Romney in 2012 where the conservative media were acting for  Romney but continually served up "veiled attacks" such as:

1. Romney isn't convincing voters enough to push over the top.  (allowing for false surges)
2. Romney and Bush are the same, no change
3. Average Americans can't identify/relate with Romney

It is my opinion that the establishment will elect trump like they elected similar "clowns" like Schwarzenegger in California and Jesse Ventura in Minnesota. This is why so many Republicans are staying in the Race because they divide up the electorate.  Anyone voting for anyone else but Trump are unlikely to switch over to Trump after their guy drops out.  They only let people leave if their 0.5% of voters is inconsequential and doesn't hurt Trump by dropping out.

6.  In the next year we should see the US and EU and Israel finally take on Syria and then Iran.  Obama is also talking gun control in 2016 via executive order. If all these events take place including Trump winning the election, I believe Russia and China will exploit a window of opportunity to take on the WEST with Obama ("a child") still at the helm before a "wildcard" Trump takes office.
